Pitt Bradford Wins on Diamond The Pitt Bradford Panthers dumped Presentation College Wednesday 17-11 in Arizona.
Derek Smith hit a home run and had two RBI’s.
Luke Streich had a home run too and two RBI’s.
Ross Revella and John Bizzak each had two RBI’s too.
The Panthers are 1-3.

Tickets Info For Owls State Playoff Game Owls playoff tickets for the game Friday night against Trinity at Pitt Bradford are on sale today from 8am to 2:30pm at the athletic director’s office at Bradford High.
Presale tickets are $6 adults and $3 for students.
Tipoff is at 7pm.

The Yankees edged the Tigers 9-8.
Mark Teixeira hit a solo home run and Jorge Vazquez drove in two runs for the Yankees.
New York starter Joba Chamberlain was tagged for six runs on five hits over 2 1/3 innings.
Indians beat the Padres 10-5.
Grady Sizemore had a grand slam and Shin-Soo Choo had an RBI and a run scored for the Indians.
David Huff got the start and allowed a run and three hits over three innings.

Sabres Beat Stars The Sabres dumped the Dallas Stars Wednesday night 5-3.
Thomas Vanek had the game-winner midway through the second period.
Tyler Myers had a goal and three assists for the Sabres, who have won three in a row for the first time since January 8.
Derek Roy and Mark Mancari each had a goal and an assist.
Jason Pominville had the other score for the Sabres.
